Bio:

For the most part he seems like a nice enough fellow. Really the only thing that makes it apparent he’s not from the local area is in his speech patterns, something reminiscent of an accent. If you’ve been around the merchant quarter you would recognize him doing odd jobs with various merchants and servants of nobles. The Runner’s seem to know him, never directly approaching but there’s a mutual acknowledgement glance or nod there. Catching one of them tells you about his solid reputation for security details and all without resorting to that brace of pistols. Quite meticulous with those pistols though, the man seems somewhat obsessed with them actually. “One studies the tool so that he may ultimately teach others their errors” or something to that effect. Cryptic wisdoms effortlessly declared when the curious press. Occasionally the glint of an odd hilt peeks through the folds of his coat. The ominous glare that met your eyes when you first noticed it immediately supplanted any questions with an unnerving darkness. Best to let some things be.
